I. To bridge disparity in accessing services, fill-in
the gaps of missing services, and build a bond of confidence with people who have special needs including those with medical,
physical, mental conditions, isolated individuals, and their families/caregivers.
II. To ensure that underserved groups and communities
will receive appropriate information about diseases and related disorders of the people they care, will reach out and access
necessary services/community resources, will foster pockets of understanding and support within their communities.
III. To provide ongoing, continous, wholistic, and
comprehensive theoretical and hands-on training, including intergenerational training in caregiving regardless of the
physical, medical, and mental conditions of the person they care.
IV. To help reduce caregivers stress through counseling,
care management and other support services.
V. To increase community awareness, support, and compassion
towards families and caregivers, and the people they care affected by various diseases and conditions.
